The quickest path to burnout is working all the time and not taking care of yourself. In order to build new habits, you need a mentor who can help you self-correct and make yourself a priority. We humans are social creatures and our brains naturally work best in a system. While quiet time alone can help us to figure out a problem, self isolating through difficulties or when we crave growth or when we aren’t feeling well in our lives can make things even harder and will delay progress.
