Meet Kate

My entry into the world of wellness was through experiencing my own health issues. Going through debilitating digestive issues and constantly feeling exhausted and overwhelmed. Doctors told me that all my test results came back normal and I was in great shape and health for my age. But I knew things were off-kilter. I burrowed down deep into the rabbit hole of self-diagnosis. I read hundreds of articles and books. I tried gobs of supplements and every fad diet that came along. I sought the help of wellness practitioners and practically lived at the health food store where I worked. Eventually, I dove into formal education in search of answers. What I had done was set out to save my own life! This journey to health saw me through four schools in 5 cities, several personal relationships, and an unwavering commitment to heal myself.

FEELING WELL IS MORE THAN "DOING ALL THE RIGHT THINGS."

What I have found along my own health journey, is that “wellness” is truly a mentality as well as way of life. All of my studies have filled in pieces of a puzzle – Food as Medicine, Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine, Neuroscience, Permaculture, Mindfulness and Spiritual practices, Yoga, Herbal Medicine, RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy).
Among these many modalities, RTT stands out because it addresses the subconscious drivers, which are the root cause of dysfunction and disharmony. Rapid Transformational Therapy has been a game-changer for me. This method has beautifully deepened all of my physical and psycho-emotional healing. The best way I can say it is, RTT offers me a rapid and effective path to relief from self-limiting beliefs and old habits. And I use it every day.
It’s not surprising then, given my background, that my foundation of health has an East-West approach. Modern life asks us to try to find balance in the chaos. Thankfully, the ways to do that are abundant. And solutions can be as unique as the individual. That said, I believe so much in RTT, that it has become not only central to my life-approach, but central to my professional practice as well. I offer it to all of my clients as a bridge between body and mind to quickly bring about deeply transformative and lasting change.
