Food Tips: Always eat cooked vegetables and room temperature or warm foods during the cool Autumn season.
Avoid eating raw vegetables, salads and smoothies.
Eat in-season fruits and vegetables like pears, figs, apples, pumpkin and brussel sprouts.
Peppers and cabbage are great to incorporate during autumn or prepare and preserve for the oncoming winter.
Consuming ginger, leeks, cinnamon, coriander, turnips, mushrooms, garlic and radishes will all help to nourish the lungs.
Amaranth, rice, and oats are ideal grains for this transitional season.
